Singer/songwriter Natalia Calderon has a degree in jazz singing from Musikene, the Higher School of Music of the Basque County.

The quartet is a musical project born in 2008 and deals in a unique way, carrying Natalia's special signature, in current trends in jazz, creating the framework for the compositions and arrangements of Natalia Calderon. Blue flower, Natalia's Debut CD, was very well received by critics (see review on AllAboutJazz). the show will contain songs from her project in the making "The Spanish Monk" where Thelonious Blue is mixed with Spanish Red creating a wonderful new world. The quartet has performed recently in Madrid, Rotterdam (in the North Sea Festival) in Bangkok and the JazzAhead of Bremen, the largest gathering of professionals in the European jazz, plus a tour of several Central American countries.
