As part of the New Tampa Jazz Nights Series, Tampa Jazz Club presents world-renowned vibraphonist and drummer Chuck Redd, with the Best of the Bay trio La Lucha. Chuck Redd emerged on the jazz scene at 21 as drummer for guitarist and bossa nova pioneer, Charlie Byrd. He’s toured and recorded with notable artists including Dizzy Gillespie, Mel Torme, Dick Hyman, and Barney Kessel
