2024 also marks the launch of Haller’s new project, ORBIT, which fuses spoken-word with musical improvisation. The initial ensemble included vocalist Maddalena Ghezzi, cellist Kate Shortt, pianist Alcyona Mick, and spoken-word artist Jeffrey Durrant, with live painting by Natalie Webb, created an unforgettable artistic experience.

Jeffrey Durrant is a renowned spoken-word artist in the London improvised music scene, known for his evocative performances that blend poetry with live music. He has performed at prestigious events such as the Gibraltar World Music Festival, captivating audiences with his powerful and dynamic delivery.
Julia BrĂĽssel is a German violinist, sound artist, improviser, composer, and producer based in London. Her musical identity is characterized by a broad spectrum of genres, including avant-garde experimental, krautrock, free improvisation, folk, global music, and modern jazz. BrĂĽssel leads the experimental string ensemble "Liasemble," the Julia BrĂĽssel Quartet, and co-leads the song-improv band HILDE. She has performed internationally, collaborating with numerous artists and playing in diverse settings, from unplugged solo performances to live electronics. Her work with the Ghanaian percussionist Abass Dodoo showcases her versatility and global reach.
John Bisset brings his unique sound on lap steel guitar to the ORBIT ensemble. A distinguished figure in the music world, Bisset's contributions to the genres of jazz, rock, and experimental music are well-regarded. His innovative techniques and rich tonal palette add depth and texture to the group’s improvisations.
