Entirely student-founded, the Philadelphia Ambassador Big Band's mission is to rejuvenate the Philadelphia jazz big band scene. The band features the most talented young musicians in the area and will perform regularly throughout the year at both our home base, the Philadelphia Clef Club, and various venues around the city.

The Philadelphia Ambassador Big Band makes its historic debut at SOUTH on February 19. The band is comprised of talented youth from the noted Clef Club jazz program, which has launched the careers of Christian McBride, Jaleel Shaw and many more.
