Steve Cal is a 22 year old blues guitarist and singer from Philadelphia PA. Cal began playing guitar after listening to Carlos Santana's instrumental Europe at age eight. Just a short time after Cal became increasingly interested in the music that is the blues and was influenced by artists such as BB King, Muddy Waters, Buddy Guy, along with blues rock guitarists Eric Clapton, Jimi Hendrix, and Jimmy Page.
The Steve Cal Blues Band was formed in the fall of 2011 and includes some of Philly's finest musicians with Sandy Eldred on bass, Melinda Gervasio on drums, and Alex Ayala on keyboards...
