A quintet of all New Jersey jazz artists co-led by trombonist Clifford Adams and saxophonist Tommy Gryce reopens our monthly series with a tribute toValentine's Day on Saturday evening, February 15th. Adams, a long standing member of "Kool & the Gang," and Gryce, jazz legend Gigi Gryce's brother, are joined by veteran jazz artists Bob Smith, guitar, organist Tommy Pass and drummer Joe Brown, Jr. in their ensemble. Both Adams and Gryce have lengthy, distinguished professional resumes that include CDs as leaders.
