electronicsAbout
The Philadelphia Jazz Legacy Project has teamed up with Professor Herman Beavers and the University of Pennsylvania to introduce his students from his "Archiving Jazz: Interiority and Materiality in the Philadelphia Jazz Community" seminar class to some of Philly's finest jazz musicians and to help with the collection of musician interviews for the Philly Jazz Archives.
Capping off the collaboration will be a FREE concert at the African American Museum at Philadelphia by the musicians who participated in this project.
This is being made possible by the generous support of the University of Pennsylvania, the Philadelphia Cultural Fund, and the Standing Stones Fund
