Soul.blues at Bulls Head Jazz Club

Special collaboration of four blues and soul masters joining up the musical dots between the two genres. This singular lineup features the multi-award-winning drum legend Sam Kelly, (Robert Plant, Gary Moore, Dr John) who was also the original member of cult band Cymande, the much-feted Fijan bluesman, Atama Blues Bentley on powerhouse guitar and soulful vocals and the noted bassist Richard Sadler (Paul Weller, Tom Jones, Ray Davis). Their very special guest for this unique blues and soul showcase is Sophie Alloway, the highly acclaimed freelance drummer, based in London working in a variety of musical settings for a wide range of artists. She played drums for rapper Roots Manuva for two years, touring across the UK, Australia and New Zealand with him.
