The Sun Ra Arkstra Directed by Marshall Allen will perform a free outdoor concert in the square behind the Philadelphia Free Library at 40th & Walnut Streets in the University City district of Philadelphia, PA on Saturday, August 29, 2015. The free outdoor concert starts with an opening act at 6:00 pm. The Arkestra will start at approximately 7:00 pm. This event is rain or shine.
