Bobolink Dairy & Bakehouse is a regenerative & sustainable, 100% grass-fed family farm. We create foods that nourish people in harmony with nature.

In keeping with our mission of making the world a better place, we love to share our property and products with the public by presenting music on the lawn of the farmhouse. During the shows, we sell foods made with the products of our pastures, along with products from our local foodshed. Bobolink Dairy & Bakehouse has won the Garden State Culinary Arts Award for Best Food Artisans, Silver Medal at the International Farmstead Cheese Awards in Lyon, France, and the SlowFood Snail of Approval. We are proud to produce thoughtful, delicious, and ethical animal products while fostering a healthy environment and hosting a biodiverse wildlife population on our 187 acre farm in Hunterdon County, NJ
