In 1978, some jazz fans in Brussels decided to pool their resources in order to record artists that had little chance of being signed by a major label. So they created their own label, giving artists access to production while reflecting the music of the day. The local scene is bursting with jazz talent. But more than anything else, the label provided a platform for young jazz and contemporary musicians. Over the years, it has had the privilege of releasing the first albums of Eric Legnini, Nathalie Loriers or Mélanie de Biasio and to welcome the cream of world jazz into its studio. With over 300 recordings, the label offers a substantial overview of three decades of jazz in Belgium.
