Meet a new quartet led by the young saxophonist Florian Pasche, who, at just 16, is an exceptional talent on the Berlin scene. The quartet has only rehearsed and recorded a few times so far and will celebrate its premiere in 2026. The first rehearsals took place in autumn 2024. Musically, the music can clearly be classified as free jazz. A congenial rhythm section accompanies long phrases from the two saxophonists. The interplay is very special, as is the instrumentation with two alto saxophones.
