In 1979, Cheryl became the permanent replacement for singer Laurel Masse with The Manhattan Transfer. She has won ten Grammy awards. Last year marked Cheryl's 44th year with the group. On December 15, The Manhattan Transfer gave their final performance at Disney Hall, in celebration of their 50th Anniversary
