The popular Concerts on the Green music series continues at the Festival of Arts on Saturday, August 8. Guitarist, composer and arranger Chieli Minucci is the longtime leader of Grammy nominated contemporary jazz group Special EFX. Joining their performance at the Festival of Arts will be special guest saxophonist Marion Meadows.

Combining Latin and African rhythms with the light textures of contemporary jazz, Chieli Minucci and Special EFX have emerged as one of the most prominent world fusion groups of the past 30 years. Besides writing and performing his own music, Chieli shares his guitar brilliance throughout the entertainment world.
