About
Born on March 17th, 1945, Elis Regina is one of the most influential vocalist from Brazil and one of the most respected artists in the world. Elis Regina’s work spans more than 3 decades and covers various styles of Brazilian music, from Baiao to Bossa Nova. Elis died tragically on January 19, 1982, at the age of 36.
