Jim Rhodes (owner of Valle Music) comes to Vittello’s with acoustic fusion trio, Continuum, for a dinner show sure to take you back, and open your heart at the same time. Tapia Corel, Nick Krall and John O’Kennedy will be sharing the stage with an array of original tunes ranging in style from Irish Folk, Folk, R&R, R&B, Latin Pop and Tex –Mex, as well as a few iconic hits from the 60’s to now.

When Jim, Tapia and Nick got together for a 2009 jam, they had no idea they were taking the first step in creating Continuum, a voice for Our Generation. Each had previous levels of success in music in the 70’s and 80’s, but like many Baby Boomers, turned their attention to other life issues like raising families and making a living. As they moved from playing 60’s, 70’s and country-rock favorites to sharing their own pieces, they discovered a unique blend of voices, styles and personalities. Between Tapia’s full throated, passionate “pipes,” Jim’s solid and creative acoustic lead guitar lines, Nick’s upright bass picking and twelve-string strumming, and their collective harmonic blends Continuum has evolved into a 21st Century minstrel voice for anyone who has faced life’s challenges and come out on top, or could use some inspiration. Continuum is pleased to have roots guitarist John O’Kennedy as a special guest.
