Celia Cruz, Arturo Sandoval, Chucho Valdes, Maraca, Poncho Sanchez, Hernan Lopez Nussa, Grupo Afro-Cuba, and NG La Banda. Their repertoire and sound is a fusion of jazz improvisations mixed with their afro-cuban roots (rumba, folklore, danzon, cha cha cha, mambo, son and timba).
