JOHN (“JOHNNY”) HATTON’s early love for bass developed in St. Louis’s “sock-hop” scene. After college stints in Kansas City’s Conservatory of Music Orchestra & others, he became that city’s “first call” bassist. Noted credits include Elvis; Liza; Clark Terry; José Feliciano; Gene Harris; & Brian Setzer.

Nailing the sound and intelligence of Sinatra and Tony Bennett, more than a Frank Sinatra tribute group, they succeed by making the music their own.
