Bobby is one of the most popular and influential Latin Jazz band leaders in the southland. He ’is a veteran of many tours and recordings with such stars as Bobby Hutcherson, Tito Puente, Miriam Makeeba, and others. He began blending musical elements from Miles Davis, John Coltrane to Tito Puente, and Mongo Santamaria, to present the rich sound of Afro Cuban music.
