Celebrity Jazz Concert Featuring Danny Janklow, Barbara Morrison, and the Thelonius Monk Institute of Jazz at Agoura High School Performing Arts Education Center

The Agoura High Music Department presents The Celebrity Jazz Concert, with Agoura graduate and saxophonist superstar Danny Janklow with the Thelonious Monk Institute of Jazz, and special guest jazz vocalist Barbara Morrison. The evening’s special presentation at the Performing Arts & Education Center will also feature the Agoura High School Jazz A, Jazz B, and Studio Jazz bands. Additionally, the Agoura High School Orchestra II will team up with Janklow to perform selections from the “Charlie Parker with Strings” collection. The AHS Honors Wind Ensemble will also take to the stage to bring the music of George Gershwin to life.
