King, Deep Purple, Canned Heat and John Hammond and also touring with guitarist Larry McCray and performing with blues legend Magic Slim. Darryl has been performing for decades with several different bands and in 2019 he won the Lee Oskar Harmonica Award as best harp player of the year at the International Blues Challenge, promoted by the Blues Foundation.
