We are a composers’ collective, all of us having extensive jazz backgrounds. But our music presented here is not Third Stream,
nor is it crossover. It is simply concert music that happens to have some vestige of influence from our jazz lives, some of it harmonic,
some rhythmic, some melodic, and some textural.
