Saoirse Sipes - Drums

Saoirse Sipes, a junior at Thousand Oaks High School in California, and a 2-time National Young Arts winner. Saoirse studies under Charles Ruggiero and Roy McCurdy.

Music brings me happiness and fulfillment, providing an outlet to express myself individually and as part of a community.

Manos Vourgourakis - Bass

I recently graduated from Harvard-Westlake and will continue my studies at Temple University next year, focusing on jazz bass and composition. My goal is to build a career in music as both an upright and electric bassist, as well as a composer and arranger. Jazz has always been my primary passion—its improvisational nature feels like the most natural form of expression for me, and, simply put, I love the way it sounds. While jazz remains my main focus, I look forward to exploring other musical styles and influences in college and beyond. Some of my favorite bassists include Christian McBride, Eric Revis, and Richard Davis. I also appreciate music outside the jazz genre, drawing inspiration from artists like Steely Dan, Marvin Gaye, and Radiohead.
