Cancer, ROUND 2 “good will” fundraiser promises an exciting “Who’s Who” roster of Los Angeles jazz talent, not to mention some extremely gifted artists outside the Southern California area. This year’s outstanding singing talent include multiple Grammy-nominated singer TIERNEY SUTTON; MARK WINKLER; Seattle-based GAIL PETTIS; MON DAVID; SONIA SANTOS and ANA GAZZOLA of BRASIL, BRAZIL; guitarist PAULINHO GARCIA; CATHY SEGAL-GARCIA; GARY BRUMBURGH; JACKIE GIBSON; CHERYL BARNES; MARTHA TAYLOR LACROIX; SIDNEY JACOBS; LORRAINA MARRO, LAUREN WHITE; LARRY DAVIS; and the improvisational troupe FISH TO BIRDS.
Led by the incomparable team of RICH EAMES and CHRISTIAN JACOB on piano; RANDY LANDIS and HARVEY NEWMARK on bass; and PAUL KREIBICH and JACK LeCOMPTE on drums, our special featured musicians include DAVE FERRIS (piano); KAREN HERNANDEZ (piano); ROBBIE HIOKI (trombone); DOUG MacDONALD (guitar); STEVE RAWLINS (piano); DR.
