Lorraina Marro with Dos Divas at Bogies

Two solo jazz/cabaret artists; two passionate women; two Latinas; and two individuals with a lot of heart. They will be performing Spanish and English Latin-tempo numbers, honoring their mothers and their Latin heritage. Both have a repertoire of Latin American songs that have marked a moment, or were formative in their lives. Many of the great compositions that they sing have made it into the “Great American Songbook” as standards. Their music conveys passion and fire, longing and sorrow, strength and vulnerability.
