About
Toronto-based trumpeter and composer Mike Field returns to the Lighthouse Café to celebrate the launch of his second album of originals, entitled "Rush Mode". Recorded in Toronto, "Rush Mode" features standard-like tunes rooted in bebop, with strong melodies and world music sounds. Field and his band of LA locals will be playing songs from this record, as well as the previous record, and some of your favourite jazz standards.
