In 1995 Paul joined the Gene Harris Quartet where he toured and recorded with the group until Harris' untimely passing in January 2000. He plays on Harris' last Concord release "Alley Cats" along with Ernie Watts, Red Holloway and Jack McDuff.
Quentin Dennard was born in Detroit, Michigan, and started his career in the late 1960s as session drummer for Motown Records. Quickly finding his strong suit he began producing at age 10, singing & songwriting at 18 and professionally engineering at age 20. In a career spanning more than half a century, he has performed with multitude of music legends including Aretha Franklin, Roy Ayers, Dionne Warwick, B.B. King, Issac Hayes, Lamont Dozier, Jermaine Jackson, The Originals, Billy Mitchell, Keb Mo, and The Temptations.
Donald Dean (born June 21, 1937) is a jazz drummer who has worked with Kenny Dorham, Les McCann and others.
He was the creative drummer on the well known Les McCann and Eddie Harris jazz album Swiss Movement, 1969 at The Montreux Jazz Festival.
