Sinne Eeg is one of the strongest new female vocalists from the Scandinavian jazz scene. She has established herself as a Danish jazz singer with international potential. While Eeg has been influenced by Nancy Wilson, Betty Carter and Sarah Vaughan, Eeg adds a personal touch of soft darkness and melancholy to her music. Since the release of her album “Waiting For Dawn” in 2007, she has won several music awards in Denmark, such as the Danish Music Award for Best Jazz Vocal Album in 2007 and 2010 and the Danish Radio Jazz Award in 2009.
