This performance serves as the official release show of Phillip Brandon's debut full length album: The Story Begins - a warm wraparound throwback matrix of soul-stirring Contemporary Jazz, R&B and Pop that will place listeners under a tranquil spell of artful gratitude. To open the show, American Songbook Crooner, Elijah Rock will sing from his recent album debut, Gershwin For My Soul, a contemporary and decidedly African American twist to the Gershwin Brother's music, and currently enjoying success on jazz radio nationwide.
