The Hot Club of Los Angeles welcomes the “subway to the sea,” playing gypsy jazz favorites at the ribbon cutting ceremony for the opening of the Metro’s new 17th Street/Santa Monica College metro stop at 17th St. and Colorado Blvd.
The last time there was train service at this intersection was in 1953, the year Django Reinhardt died!
