Tim Rachbach Quintet at The Harmony Room @ St. Be

Tim Rachbach is an expressive jazz drummer, composer, multi-instrumentalist, and educator. He has performed with ensembles that have won prestigious competitions such as Essentially Ellington, Monterey Next Gen Jazz, and Downbeat Magazine. Tim earned a Bachelor of Music degree at the Manhattan School of Music and performed in notable jazz clubs during his five years in New York City. He has toured in Europe and Brazil with several ensembles and was selected to participate in the Betty Carter Jazz Ahead Residency at the Kennedy Center as well as the Banff Workshop in Jazz & Creative Music. Currently based in Los Angeles, Tim regularly performs with various talented local musicians and teaches at several private music schools. Tim has just released his second original album entitled Kindred Spirits, which features him on all instruments with special guests.
