This evening will be a musical journey that fuses sounds and styles from a diverse spectrum of aesthetics; electronic and electro-acoustic composition; ambient improvisation and jazz providing an intimate experience of sound, invention and an experience designed to captivate the listener and to bring them into a world of sensitivity, sensuality and impressionistic improvisations. Jennifer Logan, founder of the Los Angeles sonic Odyssey has long been known for her engaging electronic works presented here and around the world.

Bryan Pezzone is known as one of the most versatile multi-stylistic improvisational pianist as well as a refined classical musician. Bryan and Jennifer have collaborated over the years bringing together the disparate worlds of contemporary jazz influenced piano improvisation with electronic works of sonic intrigue and other worldliness. M.B. Gordy and Tim Emmons are long standing figures in Los Angeles who have played every kind of music imaginable and with the greatest artists of our time. Bryan, Tim and M.B. perform regularly as a trio doing original jazz/Latin based compositions combined with free improvisation.

Together, we will be presenting an original fusion of musics that are both original works, improvisations and interpretations of pop/jazz standards in a subtle manner meant to mesmerize and travel the landscape of quiet over one extended set starting at 8 p.m.

Be prepared for something different; a different kind of quiet that promises to be an evening of beauty, allure and groove. There will be a range of CD’s available representing all of the artists collectively and individually.
