Ledisi And Ben Wendel Perform With The Pacific Jazz Orchestra at Wallis Annenberg Center For The Performing Arts

The Pacific Jazz Orchestra is LA’s new resident 40-piece ensemble under the direction of 7-time Grammy nominated arranger/conductor Chris Walden. This performance marks the launch of the non-profit orchestra's annual concert season. The program features Grammy-winning singer/songwriter LEDISI's interpretations of Dinah Washington's iconic songs as well as internationally renowned saxophonist Ben Wendel's compositions.

Throughout the season, 4 projects will be presented at different venues throughout Los Angeles. The program will feature guest artists whose music will reach far beyond the boundaries of jazz, as it will feature pop music, R&B, hip hop, Americana, and music from Latin America, Africa, the Middle East, and much more.
