The music of New York bassist Dan Montgomery ranges widely in style and character but shares a desire for emotional directness and fierce intensity. His music tells a distinct story while allowing for the individual voices of saxophonist (and San Francisco native) Sam Priven and drummer Matthew Buckner to shine through. Montgomery’s open and inviting personality are ever-present in his music. Featuring Dan Montgomery on bass, Sam Priven on saxophone, Matt Buckner on drums.
