A close look at legendary jazz pianist Herbie Hancock's approach to harmony, comping and soloing. We'll examine Herbie's style in both a trio setting (Speak Like a Child) and with the Miles Davis Quintet (Miles Smiles). Prerequisites: this workshop is open to all, but a solid foundation in jazz harmony is recommended.
