Prior to achieving worldwide acclaim from his days as the formidable host of Def Comedy Jam, Torry had already made his mark in the world of comedy and on the big screen. Speedy previously served as host of a weekday morning radio show on Sirius XM Foxxhole Radio from 2007 – 2015. The show was nationally syndicatedfrom Los Angeles, CA, with the self-titled name Speedy’s Comedy Corner.
Speedy is also known for being one of the hottest warm-Up Comedian’s for various television shows such as In Living Color, Jamie Foxx Show, and 20 other sitcoms. He has credits on several writing projects, such as Beat Shazam, All Star Weekend, Commissioned the Movie, and Melodies from Heaven, just to name a few. Speedy has toured and opened for various comics, such as Jamie Foxx, and is a regular on Earthquake & Friends. He is now the co-creator of the Netflix Series Dad Stop Embarrassing Me.
