In addition to being an acclaimed vocalist with a three octave range, Kay is a professional actress, dancer and director currently teaching at Stanford University. This CD Release event for Kay's 3rd CD "Exotica" will feature her all-star band of Bay Area heavyweights. Kay's Mediterranean-infused sound moves between Classic Swing, Latin & Modern Jazz, Bossa & Bebop, echoing Cole Porter, Irving Berlin, John Coltrane & Dizzy Gillespie.
