Grammy-nominated pianist and composer Manuel Valera will be making his Bay Area debut at Piedmont Piano Company. The solo performance of selections from his 2014 release SELF PORTRAIT will include compositions by Thelonious Monk, Bill Evans, Cuban Songbook boleros as well as his own compositions.
