Pamela Rose has been touring for the last 5 years with her acclaimed work “Wild Women of Song”, which celebrated women composers in early jazz. Now Rose is turning her deep and abounding passion for the Blues, and creating a new work, “Blues is a Woman". CJC is proud to present this early peek at her work (debuting early 2017), with a theatrical live concert featuring a funk and roots filled with local blues women.
