Subsequently, Keith joined The Marty Balin Band and recorded an album with Paul Kantner and Jack Cassidy. He then moved on to the house band at Slim’s, backing up Albert Collins, James Cotton, Big Jay McNeeley, Bonnie Raitt, Huey Lewis, Joe Louis Walker, Elvin Bishop, and once again, John Lee Hooker.
His next move was to join Commander Cody & The Lost Planet Airmen for three years. After that, Keith joined The Tommy Castro Band, whom he’s been with for 17 years.
