Over the years, the band’s pallet has expanded to include gongs, tin cans, tibetan bowls, bunt pans, chromatic cowbells, angklung (bamboo rattles), triangles, car springs, a suitcase-vibraphone, glockenspiel and various whistles and drums. The Wiener Kids Family Band was formed in 2011 to explore the old Wiener Kids repertoire in a “big band” setting.
