The Vallejo Jazz Society proudly presents the SMITH DOBSON QUARTET
Smith Dobson is a local treasure who's been performing in the Bay Area for nearly 20 years. He began his performing career at age 11, sitting in with his parents at the Monterey Jazz Festival and 4 years later he was leading his own group in the festival. Since then he has performed in many notable Bay Area jazz venues including San Jose and San Francisco Jazz Festivals, the Kuumbwa Jazz Center, Yoshi's, the Great American Music Hall, the Jazz School and the Stanford Jazz Workshop.
