In this workshop we’ll explore the music of these two great musicians including well-known tunes and some not so well known. We’ll also explore ways some jazz greats have interpreted these songs and made them uniquely their own. Students will be provided with 10 leadsheets for songs including practice backing tracks. In the third week students will work with a professional accompanist to sing these songs and explore different ways of approaching them. All levels welcome.
