​AJ's Dining Room favorites include Seasonal Prime Rib, Salmon, Bourbon Glazed Double Cut Pork Chops, Duck Breast, Red Wine Braised Short Ribs, Angus Rib Eye Steak, Chicken Marsala, Berryaki Glazed grilled Mahi Mahi and Garlic Shrimp and Pesto Pasta, as well as delicious appetizers like Red or White Wine and garlic Steamed Mussels or clams, Calamari Fries, or AJ's Coachella Valley Date Rumaki. Lots of classic Salads and house-made soups, both hot & chilled.

We enjoy featuring fresh and local/regional products whenever possible, including dates, figs, citrus, tomatoes, olives, & herbs and flowers. Live entertainment nightly - 7 days a week!
