Rev Chris
Christopher Marsceill (aka Rev Chris) was born in Boston and raised in Philadelphia where he attended Settlement Music School's jazz program at age 11. Moving to New Orleans for 10 years afforded him the chance to study with piano greats and perform with George Porter Jr (the Meters), members of the Neville Brothers, Preservation Hall, BB King, and more. Back in Philly since 2006 he has shared his vision of music to audiences at Twisted Tail, Mermaid Inn, Folk Festival, Center City Jazz Festival, Chris' Jazz Cafe, World Cafe Live, South Jazz Kitchen, and dozens other venues in addition to touring with Classic Stones Live, a tribute to the Rolling Stones' live shows from the early 1970s. His most recent album, Lingua Franca, was released in 2024 and features the talents of his working ensemble, Les Garçons Crasseux.

By Car or By TrainThe East Falls Train Station is a short walk from the Fallser Club. Parking in East Falls is no problem! There is ample free on-street parking near the East Falls train station driveway at 3610 Midvale Ave and a paid municipal lot three blocks away at 4100 Ridge Ave. Midvale Ave and Ridge Ave are both well-lit!
