At this edition of the monthly Third Thursday Jazz Series, hear BACOLONE-- an aggregation of accomplished, touring musicians, led by multi-instrumentalist and composer, Darius Babazadeh. Emulating the style of jazz greats such as Thelonius Monk, Miles Davis, Wayne Shorter and John Coltrane, to name but just a few, their kind of jazz is appealing to audiences the world over. They recently released a critically lauded CD, Endless Stars.
BACOLONE is composed of Scott Collard on keyboard, Buca Necak on bass, Rick Lotter on drums, and Darius Babazadeh on sax.
