Legendary South African jazz trumpeter Hugh Masekela and vocalist Vusi Mahlasela join together in a musical celebration of freedom and the legacy of Nelson Mandela. Masekela’s hit song, “Bring Him Back Home”—written while in exile from his homeland— became an anthem for the Free Nelson Mandela movement. Best known for his Grammy-nominated single “Grazing in the Grass,” Masekela has collaborated with such icons as Miriam Makeba, Dizzy Gillespie, Harry Belafonte, Herb Alpert, Fela Kuti, Franco, and Paul Simon.
