Carl Stone at Fresh Sound Music Series at Space 4 Art

The evening will feature the San Diego premiere of FUJIKEN 富士軒, a solo performance of live computer music. FUJIKEN was composed in 2012 and 2013 in Tokyo Japan where Carl Stone resides for much of the year. The work seamless blends field recordings made through Southeast Asia (Vietnam, Thailand, Cambodia and Japan) with found and appropriated music, processed and resynthesized in Stone's unique and unmistakable style.
