Temple Emanu-El presents the Danny Green Trio, an award-winning jazz ensemble. Proceeds from the event will go to the Mildred Ackerman Children’s Music Fund – dedicated to supporting opportunities for our children to participate in musical activities such as youth choir, musical theater, and a youth band. Pianist Danny Green is a San Diego native who is nationally recognized for his gorgeous and unique compositions. His trio, including bassist Justin Grinnell and drummer Julien Cantelm, was featured at this year’s San Jose Summer Jazz Fest and at TEDxSanDiego.
