Internationally renowned jazz drummer Akira Tana brings his group, The Secret Agent Men, to Yerba Buena Gardens. This hard driving Hammond B3 groove- oriented band will perform selections from the Sons of Sound releases Secret Agent Men and Kiss Kiss Bang Bang. Both feature well-known film themes but KKBB is exclusively jazz interpretations of the music from the films of James Bond. And if we're lucky, there will be a sighting of Secret Agent vocalist, Annie Sellick, who is featured on KKBB. Jazz and Bond - a can't miss combination! Featuring Akiko Tsuruga (organ).
The Yerba Buena Gardens Festival presents over 90 free events including music, theater, circus, dance, poetry and children’s programs.
